RETURNS

Reverb.com Returns:
As of now all of our standard products are for sale exclusively on our Reverb Store until our webstore is up on our site. Items bought on Reverb.com may absolutely be returned if you're not happy with them.
Terms:
- You have 14 days from the time the item is delivered to initiate a return and refund.

- Returned items should be in original, "unused" condition.
This doesn't mean you cant try it or open it. As long as it can be resold, we'll accept your return!

--You will receive a full refund in your original payment method less any shipping costs.

Custom Built Items:
Of course we want you to love your custom built piece. But, if we didn't fully hit the mark for you rest easy, most custom built Items may also be returned.

Terms:
- You have 21 days from the time the item is delivered to initiate a return and refund.
​
- Returned items should be in original, unmodified, and "unused" condition.
-You will receive a full refund less any shipping costs.

-Items eligible for return include: Custom routing solutions, custom looms, custom cables, and most custom rack panels.

WARRANTY

Items sold directly through us or through reverb:
Items that are delivered in unworking or unsatisfactory condition may be returned for replacement or repaired.

Terms:
All Schreibeis Built and Cable Division products carry a limited 90 day warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.
​
Not covered are defects related to abuse, damages during shipping, as well as failure to use the product for its' intended use.
Items that qualify for warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and will be returned.

All shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
​
A copy of the original purchase receipt or invoive must accompany defective product or warranty is void.
If you need to initiate a Warranty Claim please contact us, including a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice, a brief description of the problem, name, and a phone number or email address.

Custom Built Pedalboards & Racks:
We stand by our builds and our rigs come standard with 24/7 support in the event you find yourself having an issue while on the road, in the studio, at at the gig. That said, not all issues can be fixed with a phone call.
Terms:
All Schreibeis Built Pedalboards and Racks carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials, design, and workmanship.
Not covered are defects related to abuse, damages during shipping, failure to use the product for its' intended use, or issues due to modifications, changes, or work on the rig not preformed or advised to be preformed by us. All warranty claims will be repaired at our discretion.
