F.A.Q

Q: How does the ordering, design, and build process for a pedalboard or rack built work?

A:   After filling out a contact or quote form we will be in touch to discuss the details of your inquiry.  We will work with you on the design and details, as well as provide ideas and insight on how to get your rig where you want it.

Once we have a better idea of what you're looking to do we can build a quote that will estimate materials, labor, and turnaround time for your project.

At this point we'll often provide visual layouts so you can get a better idea of what's to come.

Once you approve the quote its time to build!

At this point we ask that you send whatever gear is part of the build that you already own, to us. i.e., pedals, rack units, ect.  If You're in the Nashville area, we can arrange a drop off or pick up.

During the build period we will be in contact with progress reports on your build. If any issues arise we will promptly contact you to discuss solutions.

Once completed and tested your rig is ready to be shipped back to you or picked up here in Nashville!

Q:  Can you design my rig for me?

A: Absolutely! We understand that you may know what you want to do but maybe not the best way to do it. That's why our first question here is "What do you want your rig to do? What are you trying to accomplish?" With that info we can design you a rig to achieve your vision!

Q: Do I need to put down a deposit for my pedalboard or rack build?

A:  Generally, No.

However, on very extensive builds we may ask for a deposit. This is currently on a case by case basis and we will let you know right away if your build falls into this category.

In certain instances we may ask that you purchase certain gear you don't already own for the build in advance. This will all be discussed and approved ahead of time.

Q: How Long will it take to get my pedalboard or rack built?

A: It all depends on how in depth the build is. An estimated turnaround time will be included with your quote.

Q: What is considered a "Rush" Build?

A: A "Rush" Fee is usually added to large builds that need to be designed, built, and delivered in less that 2 weeks. This fee will be included on the quote if applicable.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Nashville, Tennesse.
